Join us as we make the "Freedom" Table runner by Nellie's Needle Quilts. The table runner (approx 18"x36") could also be used as a door hanger or wall hanging. Perfect for Memorial Day and the 4th of July!
The class is $30 and includes everything needed! Just bring your sewing machine and a few notions. We're offering 2 sessions on Wednesday, May 21.

 Scissor Sharpening at Bluegrass Stitches & Crafts
Snippy Jim will be at Bluegrass Stitches & Crafts on Saturday, May 10, 10 am - noon. You can have your scissors sharpened onsite - OR - items can be dropped off and paid for May 6-9 and picked up later .
Only $5 per item!
In addition to scissors, he sharpens snips, pinking shears, knives, garden tools, axes, pruners, loppers, and manual hedge trimmers.
He does not grind your implements, he sharpens them.

The All Kentucky & Tennessee Shop Hop is July 1 - August 31. The shop hop covers 54 stores across Kentucky and Tennesse. You can watch a video about the shop hop here. The magazines will be here next week and available for pick up beginning May 9. I have ordered some extra if you didn't get a chance to pre-order. The magazine has articles, patterns, and the most important thing - the PASSPORT that allows you to participate!!
