Last Week of the All Kentucky and Tennessee Shop Hop
I can't believe that the Shop Hop is almost over. We've had the best time and enjoyed meeting hundreds of new people! There are still a few days to do your "shop hopping" if you're interested. You can get stamps through Sunday, August 31. We hope to see you "hopping" soon!
Big Celebration this Saturday
We are celebrating our 3rd Anniversary this coming Saturday, August 30, 10 am - 5 pm. We will have games, specials throughout the day, treats, and more! You can stay up to date with all the details on our Event Page. We hope that you'll join us for the celebration.
Store Closed for a Week and Change of Hours
We are taking a little vacation time! The store will be closed Tuesday, September 2 - Saturday, September 6. We will re-open on Tuesday, September 9. Also, we will close at 4 pm on the 9th.
Call for Makers
We are looking for quilt sample makers. If you have experience piecing quilts and are available to make a quilt top or two with a quick turn-around, we are interested. The pattern and fabric will be provided. Please reply to this email with a couple of pictures of quilts that you have made. Compensation will be in the form of a Bluegrass Stitches & Crafts gift card. If you aren't chosen this time, don't worry! We'll be asking again.
Longarm Price Increase at Beginning of the Year
We have been providing longarm services for over 6 years! Wow - time really flies! Our prices have stayed the same during that time while prices for thread and maintaining my machine have gone up. As such, we will be increasing our longarming prices in 2026. Edge-to-edge designs will be begin at $.02 per square inch with a minimum of $50. Thread is still included in the price. The new pricing will take effect with items that are received in 2026.
